Nature of WorkThe Transit Project Manager is an advanced-level professional providing administrative, analytical, and management support services in the delivery of transit capital funded projects for the City of Rochester, Rochester Public Transit. The role will direct and coordinate all phases of transit-related projects, collaborate with other city departments and divisions on transit related matters and represent the City positively in relationships with developers, consultants, citizens and other agencies.  The Transit Project Manager performs project development, including scheduling, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring safety standards are met.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: administering budgets, bid process, and contr
