The City of Tacoma, Information Technology Department is accepting applications for an IT Analyst, Senior to join the Network Transport Team. Under the supervision of the IT Supervisor and operational direction of the Team Lead, general responsibilities include: Network connectivity to various City of Tacoma sites, buildings, and facilities Interagency connections to state, county, and other local government entities QoS for IP telephony and video transport on corporate network infrastructure Internet service Network provisioning and security, including firewalls, intrusion prevention and monitoring systems Corporate network access through mobile virtual private networks Corporate and guest wireless network connectivity
