The State Highway and Transportation Services Manager is responsible for the content of the instruction, curriculum methodology, the selection of the instructional faculty, certification of student completion, assessment of the program's effectiveness, and assessment of its contribution to public service.   The manager is responsible for the coordination of learning objectives across the AASHTO Leadership development series.  The manager is responsible for relationships with the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) staff and the contract provisions between AASHTO and the PMC, including collaboration and coordination of subcontractors.  The manager also participates as a curriculum designer and instructor in PMC programs and in contracting for the PMC.
