ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides guidance and expertise to the organization on revenue forecasting and revenue generation. Write and maintain a revenue manual for all revenue sources. Manages the development, analysis, and presentation of all agency revenue budgets for the 20-year Financial Plan. Develops revenue tracking tools and builds reports on the status of revenue streams, including farebox collections, grants, other operating revenue, and sales taxes. Works with internal stakeholders and external economists to develop economic forecasts that will be used to project sales tax and other revenue projections.
