St. Luke's Health System in Twin Falls is seeking a Manager Patient Transport to join our Patient Transport team.
The Manager Patient Transport manages all patient transport operations within a site. Manages dispatch team covering multiple sites. Partners with stakeholders across the region to achieve organizational priorities and key metrics.
This is a full time dayshift role

Provides direct oversight and leadership to staff. Provides training, guidance, and counseling. Selects, develops, coaches, mentors, and assesses performance of staff. Addresses performance issues when standards are not met.
Establishes plans, manages projects, ensures execution of operational directives and ensures adequate staffing levels.
Creates, maintains, and manages patient transport policies, procedures and guidelines.
Responsible for quality improvement, cost control and production efficiency.
Knowledgeable of and ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies, including but not limited to Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, and CDC.
Proactively identifies problems and possible solutions, takes appropriate action to resolve issues in a timely manner. Able to solve complex problems or issues independently. Seeks guidance as appropriate.
Responsible for fiscal management, performance improvement activities, and compliance with all relevant policies/procedure.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
