Job Description
The Transportation Program Senior Business Analyst supports the business side of LinkedInâ™s portfolio of employee commute programs with internal information systems, reporting, and backend administration. The incumbent must be detail-oriented, organized, and a proactive communicator and collaborator, able to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving workplace with iterative projects and initiatives. The business analyst must be able to develop efficient internal processes, systems and tools that bring value to the team.
Responsibilities
â¢Â   Develop and produce on a regular cadence a collection of dashboards, reports, and presentations that support program management, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations with data and analysis/takeaways (metrics, budget, employee sentiment, communications and events, lessons learned etc. ).
â¢Â   Ensure that all internal program information systems are clear, concise, coordinated, updated and accurate, including ServiceNow menu options, Teams channels, SharePoint directories, Airtable task-management system, parking inventory, operational program details, program-related campus infrastructure, legal & information security approval tracking, documentation archive, budget/spend tracking, file management etc.
â¢Â   Consult with vendors and other internal LinkedIn programs and departments (Workplace Insights, Workplace Operations, EPE, Legal, Privacy, InfoSec, etc.) to ensure Transportation Program needs are met, resources are accessible, technologies perform, and processes are automated when feasible. Ensure integrations into partner technology are working, and data is accurate.Â
â¢Â   Contribute to the development of program service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies and strategies.
â¢Â   Support Cushman business administration needs such fiscal management, employee on/off boarding, team building events etc.Â
â¢Â   Develop a routine for checking accuracy of backend program parameters, including RideAmigos, Lyft, Chargepoint, Scoop, and update systems as needed
â¢Â   Provide proactive updates on project progress and issues.
â¢Â   Train and provide guidance to users for internal systems, bringing the team along in becoming fluent power users of internal systems.
â¢Â   Troubleshoot system errors.
â¢Â   Provide data visualization (graphs, charts, tables, workflow diagrams)
Minimum Qualifications
â¢Â   BA/BS
â¢Â   3+ years of work experience with transportation technology and integration into business information systems
â¢Â   Ability to pivot pace and focus based on the priority and needs of the business
â¢Â   Attention to detail
â¢Â   Experience in developing, delivering, and managing information systems, dashboards, and other reporting/tracking tools
â¢Â   Prioritize across multiple projects effectively
â¢Â   Ability to work in a team environment
â¢Â   Excellent collaboration skills and data visualization skillsÂ
â¢Â   Experience with data privacy and security methods and requirements
