Federal Transit Administration Program Analyst (Washington, D.C., Philadelphia or New York City) Duties This position is in the Office of Civil Rights within the Federal Transit Administration. As a Regional Civil Rights Officer, you will build and maintain cooperative, proactive relationships with, and serve as expert technical resource for, a wide variety of stakeholders including transit agencies and state, local, and tribal governments to promote and expand civil rights protections for the riding public. As a Program Analyst, you will: Manage a portfolio of FTA funding recipients.
