The City of Redding on behalf of the Redding Area Bus Authority is accepting applications for the position of Transportation Planner or Senior Transportation Planner. This position will operate under the working title of RABA Transit Operations Program Manager. The ideal candidate would be able to manage, plan, develop, review, administer, implement, evaluate, and monitor both short and long range transit plans, programs and projects; manage contracts; implement services and programs; fostering community engagement and implementing creative marketing strategies to promote our services; uses data and analytics to assess services and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
