Position Summary The first 6-months will be at a Dispatcher Trainee status. Every two months during training, there will be a step increase as follows: Dispatcher II Trainee: Step 1 : $29.85 Step 2 : $33.83 Step 3 : $37.81 FIRST REVIEW DATE - MAY 31ST, 2024 Once you successfully complete the trainee status, the starting salary step is $39.80 with the highest step being $47.95 This position reports directly to the Operations Control Manager, who provides general supervision, guidance, and assistance. A substantial portion of the dispatcher’s work is assessment of unscheduled events and corrective action follow through.
