This is an executive-level position responsible for assisting the CEO and General Manager in carrying out the policies and programs of Mountain Line. Under policy direction, the Operations Director is responsible for a high level of system oversight for all areas relating to transit operations, including adequate staffing, service planning, process compliance, coaching and development for operations and maintenance team members. The incumbent supervises employees and is accountable for accomplishing and furthering Mountain Line and department goals and objectives within general policy guidelines.
