Under direction, the Grants and Budget Analyst performs a variety of professional grants development planning and analysis duties to maintain general accounting, budget, and cost systems; ensures compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, or grant funding requirements, including ensuring funds are expended in a manner consistent with the rules and regulations; develops, prepares and submits a variety of financial statements and reports, including developing scopes, schedules and budgets; supports the development of grant agreements; manages grant funding for the District’s operating and capital programs, including representing the District with staff from outside agencies; and performs related duties as assigned.    EXAMPLES OF TYPICAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Illustr
