The Manager of Small Starts Projects oversees all aspects of delivering FTA Small Starts projects valued between $100 million and $400 million, as well as FTA New Starts projects where TriMet is not the grantee. This role involves managing, reviewing, and coordinating efforts to meet Federal and Regional funding requirements, as well as planning, design, permitting, and construction completion for TriMet.
