Performs flight coordination. Performs ground, event communications coordination. Provides information and emergency notification to customers. Works with advanced communications systems. Practices continuous professional development and excellent customer service. Practices proactive operational support of the department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Performs and documents safe, efficient and accurate flight coordination.
* Understands the operations and applications of all communication equipment.
* Communicates information and emergency notification to customers in an efficient, concise and courteous manner.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
