Position Summary: Provide tactical direction and leadership to staff to ensure customer requirements are met while meeting our Penske goals and objectives. Maintain a professional approach while supporting the solution enabling achievement of all contractual obligations. Create and foster a relationship with the customer's logistics manager to facilitate operational stability. The candidate will need to live close to one of the following cities/states: Baltimore, MD; Aberdeen, MD; Northeast, MD; Columbia, PA; Carlisle, PA; Shippensburg, PA; Chambersburg, PA or York, PA. This position also requires multi-site and multi-location leadership experience. This position may be specific to one customer or group of customers with similar needs.
