We are seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to lead a team in design and plan preparation for roadway, highway, and freeway improvement projects in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. What you'll do Strategic positioning for major highway or roadway projects. Handle client relationships and guide service application. Identify and win new work with local clients. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead and review project delivery teamwork. Mentor and develop staff. Lead proposal development and negotiations. Offer technical advice and long-term strategizing. Develop trusted adviser relationships with key clients.
