A primary role of this position is to function as a central point of contact for HASTUS users, TriMet IT support, and GIRO (the parent company of HASTUS). The individual in this role will develop an awareness of persistent operational issues and serve as a key contributor in the strategic management of daily operations and the ongoing evolution of HASTUS products. Strengthening the relationship between TriMet and the HASTUS user community will be a core focus, leveraging the full HASTUS suite and maintaining a productive partnership with GIRO. Emphasis will be placed on addressing downstream data needs and resolving operational incidents that involve or require support from GIRO and/or TriMet.
