Overview Under the general direction of the Procurement and Contracts Manager/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Liaison Officer, the position will establish a new Project Control function at the agency by utilizing advanced technical and management knowledge of capital program control to ensure the best outcomes from agency capital projects.
