PURPOSE OF POSITION The Manager II, Project Controls (Limited Term) will oversee certain functions associated with the department and will maintain and improve project management practices in an assigned area to ensure project objectives are met. Additionally, this position will lead cross functional efforts to mitigate risks associated with the execution of the Capital & Rehabilitation Program at the consultant and staff level. This is a Limited Term position not to exceed five (5) years. This position is funded in whole or in part through federal, state, or other governmental grants which are limited by time or funding. Limited Term positions may be eliminated when the funding ends, time expires, or due to lack of business need for the position. Limited
