The City of Redding on behalf of Redding Area Bus Authority is looking for the next RABA Transit Operations Program Manager (Transportation Planner or Senior Transportation Planner).   The ideal candidate would be able to manage, plan, develop, review, administer, implement, evaluate, and monitor both short and long range transit plans, programs and projects; manage contracts; implement services and programs; fostering community engagement and implementing creative marketing strategies to promote our services; uses data and analytics to assess services and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
