Safety and Training Manager
Our client is a leading provider of paratransit services, dedicated to ensuring safe and reliable transportation for individuals with disabilities. The Chicago division operates a large fleet of vehicles, serving riders daily. Position Summary: As a Safety Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the entire safety program for our Chicagoland division (It's medium to large size with 165 drivers, ~1100 pickups a day). This role has an important focus of saving lives in paratransit settings, taking care of passengers traveling with disabilities. You will work closely with drivers, management, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
