SUMMARY  Ensure compliance with the drug & alcohol testing program in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations under 49 CFR Part 40 (Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs), 49 CFR Part 655 (Prevention of Alcohol Misuse and Prohibited Drug use in Transit Operations) and provisions of MARTA's Drug & Alcohol Policy. Supports safety-sensitive contractor Drug & Alcohol oversight. Conducts regularly scheduled and/or ad hoc training presentation with various MARTA departments related to drug and alcohol education and compliance issues.
