Reporting directly to the Executive Director/CEO, the CAO provides administrative control, guidance, direction and oversight: S/he will think/operate strategically, and will be responsible for Enterprise Risk Management, Procurement, H.R., including recruitment, retention, succession planning, compensation, benefits, training, D&I, EEO, DBE, Labor Relations support, IT, Safety, Security & Risk Management, Civil Rights.
