WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Director of Safety reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Chief Safety Officer. This position is responsible for corporate, construction, occupational and operational safety initiatives, and management of the agency’s Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan. This position will manage safety efforts and personnel and functions for CapMetro, provide oversight of contract operations, and assist other departments with initiatives aimed at programs to minimize losses due to industrial, vehicular and rail accidents as well as losses due to illness and injury.
