Join our team as a Program Manager of Electronic Revenue Operations, where you’ll lead the oversight and innovation of tolling and Clipper fare systems across bridges, buses, and ferries. This role ensures smooth, secure, and accurate processing in electronic transactions while improving systems that serve the public every day.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and optimize all electronic tolling (AET), fare collection (Clipper), and other revenue operations • Lead technical troubleshooting, system audits, and revenue tracking from transaction to deposit • Analyze daily revenue and passenger data trends; provide actionable reporting to leadership • Coordinate collaborative cross-functional teams including vendors, tech contractors, and internal departments • Enforce performance standards and compliance with contracts and toll policy • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, vendor oversight, and customer service feedback • Participate in regional and national tolling committees to represent and enhance District practices • Support budget development, cost control, and operational upgrades to back-office systems • Ensure system integrity for out-of-state vehicle tolls, DMV processing, and enforcement collections
Minimum qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, transportation, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field. • 3 years of increasing experience in operations, program or project management, or transaction based systems in relevant industries such as tolling or transportation, financial services, technology/software systems, or logistics. Experience must include program or project oversight, vendor or contractor management, system or data analysis, and customer service.
Preferred: • Experience with public agencies, tolling systems, or technical program management • Familiarity with electronic payment systems, DMV processes, and vendor coordination
