WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Are you passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and seniors to live more independent lives? The Public Transportation Travel Trainer reports directly to the Director, Eligibility, Training and Customer Management. The position is responsible for the formulation, implementation, and training for the fixed route bus training program for seniors and persons with disabilities who primarily use paratransit programs or do not meet the eligibility requirements to use MetroAccess, CapMetro’s paratransit provider.
